• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Vintage and historical memorabilia may exhibit age-related wear. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.

• If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy (Hull 488 Literary)

Returns

Hull 488 Literary accepts returns of eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused and in the same condition you received them

- In original packaging (when applicable)

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

Final Sale Items

Personalized items, such as signed books, are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping for approved returns. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping option (or reimburse return shipping—depending on the method used).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider/bank.
